BlackSea Organics is a micro-producer from Turkey’s Black Sea mountains. We work with foragers and smallholder families to craft limited releases: Lazberry (Karayemiş), wild bilberries and a ritual white tea.
Every jar or pouch is touched by real hands — handpicked, gently dried, beautifully packed. That’s why we produce less, but better.
White tea buds are handpicked at sunrise. Slow drying preserves delicate notes.
Wild bilberries and Lazberry are foraged on cool mornings, then sun-dried in small trays.
Jam batches are prepared in glass, with minimal sugar and no artificial pectin.
